Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 12.08.2026

These terms cover how you may use the freeli.nl website itself, its content, and its free tools like the Funnel Assessment. They don't cover paid consulting engagements or projects, those are governed by a separate services agreement provided when you book a paid service. Questions go to hello@freeli.nl.
01

Who this agreement is with

This website is operated by Alexandra Calin, trading as Freeli, a sole trader (ZZP'er) in the Netherlands, KvK number 99618524.

02

What these terms cover

They apply when you browse the site, use the free Funnel Assessment, download free resources, or book a discovery call.

They do not cover the terms of a paid engagement. Once you book a paid service, a separate services agreement applies. Package descriptions and pricing on the Packages page are informational, not a binding offer.

03

Using this website

Use it however's useful to you. Please don't:

  • Scrape or republish content at scale without permission.
  • Submit false information, spam, or malicious input through the forms.
  • Disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the site or its tools.
  • Use the Funnel Assessment for anything other than assessing your own or a client's business.
04

The Funnel Assessment tool

It's a free self-diagnostic tool. The results are general and based on the answers you give, so they're not a substitute for a full audit or professional advice. There's no guarantee the result reflects every nuance of a specific business.

05

Website content and intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, the Assessment tool, guides, graphics, and the Freeli name and branding, is owned by Freeli or used under licence, and is protected by copyright.

You're welcome to read, use, and reference the content personally or in your own business. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute it without written permission.

06

No guaranteed availability

We aim to keep the site and its tools available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable occasionally for maintenance, or for reasons outside Freeli's control.

07

Third-party tools and links

This site uses HubSpot (forms and scheduling) and Google (Meet and Calendar). Once you're interacting directly with those tools, for example during a call, their own terms apply as well.

Freeli isn't responsible for the availability or performance of third-party tools, or for the content of external sites linked from here.

08

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Dutch law, Freeli is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or its free tools. The Funnel Assessment and any other free tool provide general guidance only; any decisions you make based on their output remain your own responsibility. Freeli is not liable for damages caused by website downtime, technical errors, or the unavailability of third-party tools this site relies on (including HubSpot and Google).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where Dutch law does not permit such exclusion, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you've actually paid Freeli for the relevant service, or, since access to this website and its free tools carries no fee, to €0, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes are handled under Dutch jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
