Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12.08.2026

This policy explains what personal data Freeli collects, why, and what your rights are. Freeli is a sole proprietorship (ZZP) based in the Netherlands, so this policy is written to meet GDPR requirements. If anything here is unclear, or you want to exercise any of your rights, contact hello@freeli.nl.
01

Who we are

Freeli is operated by Alexandra Calin, a sole trader (ZZP'er) registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 99618524, based in Haarlem, Netherlands.

For GDPR purposes, Freeli is the data controller. Contact hello@freeli.nl for any privacy request.

03

Legal basis for processing

  • Consent. Submitting the assessment or booking a call is an active choice to share your details for that purpose.
  • Legitimate interest. Responding to enquiries and following up on calls.
  • Contract. Where the data is needed to deliver a booked or paid service.
04

We don't sell or rent data, ever. A small number of processors handle it for us.

06

How long we keep your data

We keep your data as long as it's relevant to our relationship, plus a reasonable period after that. If you ask us to delete it and there's no legal or contractual reason to retain it, we delete it.

08

Cookies and tracking

On your first visit, a cookie banner offers "Necessary only" or "Accept all". No analytics or tracking cookies are set until you've given consent.

Strictly necessary. A cookie that remembers your cookie preference itself.

Analytics. If you choose "Accept all", we use HubSpot's built-in analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (traffic source), time spent on the site, and general device/location information (Google Analytics does not store your full IP address). This is separate from the CRM data described in section 2, it's aggregate site-usage tracking, not tied to a specific enquiry or booking unless you've also submitted a form.

Strictly necessary: booking tool security. When you use the Book a Call scheduler, HubSpot's infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) sets one cookie, __cf_bm, to distinguish real visitors from automated bot traffic and keep the booking tool secure. This cookie doesn't collect personal data, isn't tied to your identity, and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It's required for the booking tool to function and isn't part of the consent choice above.

Analytics tracking (Google Analytics) is used only with your consent, as described above. If we add further tracking tools in future, this section will be updated accordingly.

09

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and rely on processors (HubSpot, Google) that maintain their own strong security standards. We also don't collect more than we need, or hold it longer than necessary.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally, for example when a new tool is added. The "last updated" date above always reflects the latest version.
